基于“二元制”培养模式下的实践教学质量诊改体系的探究

A Probe into the Practice Teaching Quality Diagnosis and Reform System Based on the "Dual System" Training Model

"二元制"是一种基于校企融合的新的教学模式,在提高学校、企业教育资源利用率,提升学生的综合素养及专业水平上效果显著。该模式下培养出的人才,可更好的满足社会发展要求。为保证"二元制"培养模式优势的充分发挥,需有完善的实践教学质量诊改体系做支撑,鉴于此,本文对"二元制"培养模式作简单分析,提出该模式下的实践教学质量诊改体系,以供参考。

Dualistic system' is a new teaching mode based on the integration of school and enterprise, which has a remarkable effect on improving the utilization of educational resources in schools and enterprises, and improving students’ comprehensive literacy and professional level. This model can better meet the needs of social development by cultivating talents. In order to give full play to the advantages of 'dual system', it is necessary to have a perfect system of practice teaching quality diagnosis and reform. In view of this, this paper makes a simple analysis of the 'dual system' training mode.The system of practice teaching quality diagnosis under this mode is put forward for reference.
