社会服务新格局下的高校继续教育发展趋势研究

Research on the Development Trend of Continuing Education in Colleges and Universities under the New Pattern of Social Service

当前,我国经济社会发展的新常态对高等院校继续教育事业的发展提出了全新要求。本文在充分调研的基础上,从提高非学历教育比例、构建校企合作办学机制和建设稳定的双师型师资队伍等方面,提出了在社会服务新格局下推进高校继续教育改革与发展的若干对策和建议。

On the basis of sufficient research, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions to promote the reform and development of education in colleges and universities under the new pattern of social service, from the aspects of increasing the proportion of education for nonacademic degrees, constructing school-enterprise cooperative education mechanism and building a stable double-teacher teaching team.
