摘要
高校作为科技研发主要区域,不断提升科研团队的创新能力,属于我国创新发展的重要方式。现阶段,高校科研团队进行绩效考核管理时,普遍缺少长远战略目标,同时还会忽略团队合作重要性等,因此,创建完整高校科研团队创新能力绩效考核管理体系至关重要。文章首先对高校科研团队绩效考核管理问题进行阐述,最后提出几点加强建议。
As the main area of R & D, colleges and universities continuously improve the innovation ability of scientific research team, which is an important way of innovation and development in China. At present, there is a general lack of long-term strategic objectives in the performance appraisal management of scientific research teams in colleges and universities, and the importance of team cooperation will also be neglected. Therefore, it is very important to establish a complete performance evaluation system for scientific research teams in colleges and universities. This paper first expounds the management of scientific research team performance evaluation in colleges and universities, and finally puts forward some suggestions to strengthen it.
