摘要
羽毛球多球训练法是提高羽毛球竞技水平、增强身体协调性进而使身体各项机能得到全面提升的一种重要方法。本文探究了将羽毛球多球训练运用到高校课程实践教学当中的可行性与该训练方法的科学性,进而论证了多球训练法有助于丰富高校体育课程,能够更加高效地帮助学生掌握羽毛球运动技巧,并进一步提高各项身体素质。
The badminton multi-ball training method is an important method to improve the level of badminton competition and enhance the coordination of the body so that the various functions of the body can be comprehensively improved. This paper explores the feasibility of applying badminton multi-ball training to the practical teaching of college courses and the scientific nature of the training method. It also demonstrates that the multi-ball training method can enrich the college physical education curriculum and help students master badminton more effectively. Skills and further improve the physical fitness.
