福建有着适宜水产业发展的环境条件和发达技术,但资源有限,而上海水产业发展相对落后,因此加强两个地方的水产品的交流与合作显得尤为重要。通过沪闽水产品的投资合作、进行水产品的培训以建立试验站等措施以加强水产品的交流与合作。在交流合作的同时加强科技创新的投入,开拓新的多元化市场以提高沪闽水产品的国际竞争力。

Fujian has environmental conditions and developed technologies suitable for the development of aquatic industry, but its resources are limited, while the development of aquatic industry in Shanghai is relatively backward, so it is particularly important to strengthen the exchange and cooperation of aquatic products between the two places. In order to strengthen the exchange and cooperation of aquatic products, the investment cooperation of Shanghai and Fujian aquatic products and the training of aquatic products are carried out to set up test stations and other measures to strengthen the exchange and cooperation of aquatic products. In order to enhance the international competitiveness of aquatic products in Shanghai and Fujian, we should strengthen the investment of scientific and technological innovation and open up new diversified markets while exchanging and cooperating.
