新时代我国乡村振兴战略面临的困境及路径研究

党的十九报告中,首次提出大力实施乡村振兴战略,推进农业农村优先发展。这一战略为我国进入新时代解决"三农"问题做出了重大的战略部署。新时代实现乡村振兴成为党和国家、社会关注的焦点,乡村振兴是我国社会主义新农村建设的升级版。当前我国社会主要矛盾发生变化,最大的不充分就是农村发展不充分,"三农问题"依然比较突出,我国乡村振兴面临产业基础发展薄弱、基层民主建设发展滞后、文化发展水平偏低、乡村社会治理体系不完善等诸多困境,因此解决当前的困境迫在眉睫,必须从全面推进乡村产业发展、加强基层民主建设、提高文化发展水平、完善乡村社会治理体系等方面解决乡村面临的困境。

This strategy has made important strategic plan for our country to enter the new era to solve the problem of agriculture,countryside and farmers. Realizing rural revitalization in the new era has become the focus of attention of the Party and the country. The rural revitalization is an upgrade version of the construction of new socialist countryside in China. At present, the main social contradictions in our country have changed,the biggest inadequacy is that the rural development is not sufficient, the 'three rural issues' are still relatively prominent, the rural revitalization of our country is faced with weak industrial foundation development, and the development of grass-roots democratic construction lags behind. The level of cultural development is on the low side, and the rural social governance system is not perfect. Therefore, it is urgent to solve the current predicament. We must promote the development of rural industries in an all-round way, strengthen the democratic construction at the grass-roots level, and raise the level of cultural development. Improve the rural social governance system and other aspects to solve the difficulties faced by the countryside.
