京津冀协同发展背景下河北省社区社会工作人才需求分析及对策研究

Analysis and Countermeasures of Community Social Work Talent Demand in Hebei Province Under the Background of Co-development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei

随着经济的不断发展,地区之间的发展差距也在不断变大。在京津冀协同发展背景下,北京、天津、河北这三个省市成为了一个协同发展的整体,三地的经济水平都有了明显的提升。河北省在京津冀协同发展过程中最需要也最缺乏的就是社区社会工作人才,因此人才问题是河北省在京津冀协同发展过程中首先要解决的问题。本文主要研究的是京津冀协同发展背景下河北省社区社会工作人才需求分析及对策,希望能够给河北省提供一些发展借鉴。

With the development of economy, the development gap between regions is also increasing. Under the background of Beijing-TianjinHebei co-development, the three provinces of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei have become a whole of coordinated development, and the economic level of the three places has obviously improved. In the process of the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei province, the most needed and the most scarce is the community social work talents, so the talent problem is the first problem to be solved in the process of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei cooperative development. This paper mainly studies the demand analysis and countermeasures of community social work talents in Hebei province under the background of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei cooperative development, hoping to provide some references for Hebei Province.
