立德树人视域下高校行政人员工作研究

A Study on the Work of University Administrators from the Perspective of Education

立德树人是高校工作的根本任务,在全员、全过程、全方位育人理念下,高校教职工都应肩负起育人重担,立足本职岗位,将立德树人与规范管理相结合,以春风化雨、润物无声的育人方式,培养学生成为有理想、有道德、有技能、有担当的社会主义建设者和可靠接班人。本文从高校行政人员角度,认真分析机关行政人员参与全员育人的现状,总结出行政人员育人的基本规律,为高校教职工践行"三全"育人理念提供理论依据和经验借鉴。

Educating people is the fundamental task of university work. Under the concept of all-staff, whole process and all-round education, the teaching staff in colleges and universities should shoulder the burden of educating people, base themselves on their own posts, combine the establishment of morality with the standard management, and make the rain through spring weathering. The silent way of educating students to become ideal, moral,skilled, responsible socialist builders and reliable successors. From the point of view of university administrators, this paper analyzes the present situation of the participation of administrative personnel in educating people, sums up the basic laws of the education of administrative personnel, and provides theoretical basis and experience for the teaching staff of colleges and universities to practice the concept of 'three complete' education.
