摘要
中等职业学校和普通本科高校在学前教育人才培养目标、课程结构的确立以及课程内容的选择上存在诸多不同的做法,"3+4"中职与本科学前教育分段贯通人才培养课程体系的构建,应遵循"需求导向"、"能力本位"和"对口贯通"的原则,探索构建"宽基础+强专业+重贯通"的螺旋递进课程体系,充分发挥两个学段各自在人才培养上的原有优势,形成聚力效应。
Secondary vocational schools and general undergraduate colleges have many different approaches in the goal of pre-school education personnel training,the establishment of curriculum structure and the selection of curriculum content,'3+4'secondary vocational and undergraduate pre-school education should follow the principles of'demand-oriented','competency-based'and'counterpart linking',explore and construct the spiral progressive curriculum system of'wide foundation+strong specialty+re-linking',give full play to the original advantages of the two sections in personnel training,and form the cohesive effect.
