摘要
目的:现代学徒制背景下护生核心能力培养效果。方法:选取2016级护理专业"衢化班"和"开化班"41名学生为干预组,与衢化医院、开化县卫计局签订"双栖双岗双导师"培养协议,采用现代学徒制模式进行培养。另外选取41名同学为对照组,采用传统教育模式进行培养。结果:干预前两组护生的核心能力在统计学上没有差异(P>0.05)。干预后干预组护生在科研与评判性思维、临床护理能力、专业发展能力和教育咨询能力维度得分明显高对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用现代学徒制模式培养高职护理专业学生,能够有效提高护生的核心能力。
Objective:To study the effect of nurses’core competence training under the background of modern apprenticeship.Methods:41 students of'Quhua Class'and'Kaihua Class'in nursing specialty of grade 2016 were selected as intervention group.The training agreement of'amphibious,amphibious,double-post and double-mentor'was signed with Quhua Hospital and Kaihua County Health Planning Bureau,and the modern apprenticeship model was adopted for training.In addition,41 students were selected as the control group and trained in the traditional education mode.Results:There was no statistical difference in core competence between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,nursing students in the intervention group scored significantly higher in the dimensions of scientific research and critical thinking,clinical nursing ability,professional development ability and educational consultation ability than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using modern apprenticeship model to train nursing students in higher vocational colleges can effectively improve the core competence of nursing students.Conclusion:Using modern apprenticeship model to train nursing students in higher vocational colleges can effectively improve the core competence of nursing students.
