校企协同创新,人才培养和社会服务共赢——以无锡科技职业学院多媒体课件中心为例

Collaborative Innovation between Colleges and Enterprises in Realizing a Win-win Situation through Talent Training and Social Service——Taking the Multimedia Courseware Center of Wuxi College of Science and Technology as an Example

职业教育是国家提高国际竞争力的基础之一。校企合作是职业教育发展的重要手段,协同创新是高职院校培养人才的有效途径,故受到国内高职院校的普遍重视。以无锡科技职业学院共推互聘项目"多媒体课件制作中心"为例,探讨建立并完善编导专业服务社会的协同创新模式及运行机制。在教学中导入真实项目的项目式教学,实现社会行业需求与高校人才培养的无缝对接,做到校企共赢。

Vocational education is one of the bases for the country to improve international competitiveness.College-enterprise cooperation is an important means for the development of vocational education,and collaborative innovation is an effective way for higher vocational colleges to cultivate talents.Therefore,it has received widespread attention from domestic higher vocational colleges.This paper takes the'multimedia courseware making center'project launched by Wuxi College of Science and Technology as an example and explores the establishment and improvement of collaborative innovation model and operation mechanism of editing and directing major in serving the society.In teaching,the project-based teaching involving real project is introduced to realize the seamless connection between the needs of the society and industry and the talents training of colleges so as to achieve the win-win situation of the colleges and enterprises.
