Research on the Management of Higher Vocational Students Oriented to the Combination of Work and Learning

在职业教育日愈发展迅猛的背景下,工学结合教学模式的运用也日渐广泛,其在人才培养与学生管理方面发挥着非常大的作用。如今高职学校在学生管理工作中充分利用工学结合模式,可以满足自身对人才培养在新时期的要求,也可以实现学生管理质量提升的这一目的。因此,本文主要针对工学结合模式下的高职学校学生管理路径进行详细的分析。

With the rapid development of Vocational education,the teaching mode of work-study combination has been widely used.It plays a very important role in personnel training and student management.Nowadays,vocational schools make full use of the mode of combining work with study in student management,which can meet their own requirements for talent cultivation in the new era,and also achieve the goal of improving the quality of student management.Therefore,this paper mainly makes a detailed analysis of the management path of students in Higher Vocational Schools under the mode of work-study combination.
