进入二十一世纪以来,随着我国经济、科技的飞速发展,互联网技术不仅改变了人们的生活方式,也对人们的工作及教育事业产生不可忽视的作用。受大数据时代的影响,给高校辅导员思政工作的开展带来了前所未有的机遇和挑战。因此,高校辅导员思政工作能否顺利开展,首先辅导员要从自身出发,对大数据时代做出正确的认识,并且提升自身对于信息数据的实践水平;其次,应该顺应时代的发展趋势,并且充分利用大数据时代所带来的有效资源,对实际工作环节中出现的问题筛选出最直接、有效的解决措施。只有这样,才能使得高校在新时期的思政教育工作取得更优秀的成果。

Since the 21 st Century,with the rapid development of economy and science and technology in China,Internet technology has not only changed people’s way of life,but also played an important role in people’s work and education.Influenced by the era of big data,the ideological and political work of college counselors has brought unprecedented opportunities and challenges.Therefore,whether the ideological and political work of college counselors can be carried out smoothly,first of all,counselors should start from themselves,make a correct understanding of the era of big data,and improve their own level of practice of information data;secondly,we should conform to the development trend of the times,and make full use of the effective resources brought about by the era of big data to screen out the most direct and effective solutions to the problems in the actual work.Only in this way can the ideological and political education in Colleges and universities achieve better results in the new period.
