农村土地承包经营权流转对于当今社会而言,不仅具备必要性,而且对于稳定推进城镇化的发展,缩小城乡之间的差异也有极大的效果。本文就目前农村土地承包经营权在实际流转当中遇到的法律问题进行指出,并提出相应的完善建议。

For today’s society,the transfer of rural land contractual management rights is not only necessary,but also has great effect on promoting the development of urbanization and narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas.This paper points out the legal problems encountered in the actual circulation of rural land contractual management right,and puts forward corresponding suggestions for improvement.
