摘要
2014年10月28日,十八届四中全会通过并发布的《中共中央关于全面推进依法治国若干重大问题的决定》提出"加强企业社会责任立法"。本文大胆提出了完善我国企业社会责任制度的立法构想,从立法体例和立法原则进行了阐述。
On October 28,2014,the Fourth Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee adopted and issued the Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Several Major Issues Concerning the Comprehensive Promotion of Ruling the Country by Law,proposing'Strengthening the Legislation of Corporate Social Responsibility'.This paper boldly puts forward the legislative conception of perfecting the corporate social responsibility system in China,and expounds it from the legislative style and principles.
