摘要
用人单位与工科应届毕业生在对待学习成绩、专业、娱乐生活、职业前景、综合能力、态度、生活条件等方面存在一些信息误差。通过培养应届毕业生信息抓取能力、综合能力,加强双方在校期间的专业联系,用人单位多方位情感投入,及早送企业知识文化进校园等,会在一定程度上降低双方之间的信息偏差,实现人职高质量匹配。
There are some information errors between employers and engineering graduates in dealing with academic performance,specialty,entertainment life,career prospects,comprehensive ability,attitude and living conditions.By cultivating graduates’ability to grasp information and synthesize information,strengthening professional contacts between the two sides in school,employing units’multi-directional emotional investment,and sending enterprise knowledge and culture to campus as early as possible,the information deviation between the two sides will be reduced to a certain extent,and the high quality matching of personnel and vocational education will be realized.
