新时期企业工商管理类人才应用能力的培养策略探讨

Discussion on the Training Strategies of the Application Ability of Business Administration Talents in Enterprises in the New Era

应用能力是企业在新时期对于工商管理人才的要求,但是在人才培养过程中,由于缺乏完善的应用能力培养课程体系,缺乏明确的应用能力培养目标,缺乏对创新能力的有效培养,学生应用能力较低。为了解决上述问题,满足市场经济需求,学校应该构建科学完善的应用能力培养课程体系,明确工商管理人才应用能力培养的目标,加强对工商管理人才创新能力的培养。

Application ability is the requirement of enterprises for business management talents in the new era,however,in the process of talent training,students’application ability is low because of the lack of perfect curriculum system,clear training objectives and effective training of innovation ability.In order to solve the above problems and meet the needs of market economy,schools should build a scientific and perfect curriculum system for cultivating applied ability,clarify the objectives of cultivating applied ability of business administration talents,and strengthen the cultivation of innovative ability of business administration talents.
