摘要
饮食文化反映了一个地区的人文文化。该文尝试以目的论为视角探讨衢州地区特色饮食的翻译策略,以目的论的两个重要原则"目的原则"与"忠实原则"为导向,结合直译、意译、音译等翻译原则并采用加注的方式尝试对衢州地区特色饮食进行系统地翻译,为饮食翻译提供必要的借鉴与参考。
Diet culture reflects the humanistic culture of a region.This paper attempts to explore the translation strategies of characteristic diet in Quzhou from the perspective of skopos theory and is guided by the two important principles of Skopos theory——'skopos rule'and'fidelity rule',it combines literal translation,free translation,transliteration and other translation principles and makes use of method of adding note to systematically translate the characteristic diet in Quzhouin in order to provide the necessary reference for the translation of diet.
