旅游精准扶贫中的社区参与现实路径分析

Analysis on the Realistic Path of Community Participation in Precision Poverty Alleviation in Tourism

旅游扶贫作为国家开展精准扶贫工作的工程之一,在真正执行时依然存在许多难题。笔者通过调查乡村居民,考察了其中存在的难题与解决方案。得出结论认为作为开放式的扶贫工程不但要了解乡村个体贫困者的生活需求,而且也要综合考量社区的发展方法。从乡村个体到整个社区两方面出发,结合社区发展的理念和制度,在管理体系与利益相关者的发展平台上,对社区和乡村贫困个体进行准确识别与扶贫,在一定程度上做到可持续社区发展和居民生活扶贫。

Poverty alleviation through tourism,as one of the projects of precise poverty alleviation in China,still has many difficulties in its implementation.By investigating rural residents,the author examines the existing problems and solutions.It is concluded that as an open poverty alleviation project,we should not only understand the living needs of the rural individual poor,but also consider the development methods of the community comprehensively.Starting from the rural individual to the whole community,combined with the concept and system of community development,on the platform of management system and stakeholder development,we can accurately identify and alleviate poverty in communities and rural poor individuals,so as to achieve sustainable community development and poverty alleviation in residents’lives to a certain extent.
