摘要
随着我国经济的不断发展,企业在社会发展中的地位越来越重要。只有对企业战略管理发展越来越好,才能够真正实现企业发展质量的推进。本文就企业战略管理发展现状进行分析,并在此基础上探索企业战略管理发展趋势,进而实现企业战略管理质量优化。
With the continuous development of China’s economy,enterprises play an increasingly important role in social development.Only by developing better and better strategic management can we truly realize the promotion of enterprise development quality.This paper analyzes the development status of enterprise strategic management,and on this basis explores the development trend of enterprise strategic management,so as to realize the optimization of enterprise strategic management quality.
