浅谈我国高房价对社会经济的影响及对策

A Brief Talk on the Impact of High House Price on Social Economy in China and the Countermeasures

房价,一个关注度和出镜率都很高的重要价格指标,它的高低牵动着无数人的心。近几年,房价持续上涨,高房价不仅影响到国民经济的健康发展,也关系到人民群众是否能安居乐业。本文回顾了改革开放以来我国房价的变迁,分析了高房价带来的一系列影响,提出了应对负面影响的对策。

House price,an important price index with high attention and appearance rate,affects the hearts of countless people.In recent years,housing prices continue to rise,high housing prices not only affect the healthy development of the national economy,but also relate to whether the people can live and work in peace and contentment.This paper reviews the changes of house prices in China since the reform and opening up,analyses a series of impacts brought by high house prices,and puts forward some countermeasures to deal with the negative impacts.
