长江大学工会文体活动中的运用微信平台可行性研究

Feasibility Study of Using Wechat Platform in Trade Union Recreational and Sports Activities of Yangtze University

本文通过运用文献资料法和问卷调查法等对长江大大学教职工的文体活动运用微信平台的现状做了调查,发现长江大学工会每年开展丰富多彩的文体活动,这也是长江大学工会的一项重要工作。当前长江大学的工会文体活动面临很多问题:校区众多、统一组织难度大、活动参与面窄、影响力有限、教职工文化欣赏品味逐年提高等,教职工试运用当前最流行的微信平台介入,数据化信息来实现对工会文体活的了解。

By using the methods of documentation and questionnaire,this paper investigates the current situation of the use of Wechat platform in the recreational and sports activities of teachers and staff of Yangtze University,and finds that the trade union of Yangtze University carries out rich and colorful recreational and sports activities every year,which is also an important work of the trade union of Yangtze University.At present,Trade Union recreational and sports activities in Yangtze University are facing many problems,such as numerous campuses,difficulty in unified organization,narrow participation,limited influence,and increasing cultural appreciation and taste of teachers and staff year by year,teachers and staff try to use the most popular micro-communication platform to intervene,and digitalized information to realize the understanding of trade union recreational and sports activities.
