大学生是青年中的思想先锋和中坚力量,他们的思想道德、法律素质及理想信念直接影响着社会文明的发展态势。当代中国正处于社会转型的关键时期,在文化多元化、社会信息化、价值取向多样化的时代条件下,社会负现象也不可避免地存在着一定的空间。而大学生在受到社会负面现象冲击时,往往会失去独立辨别的能力,因此分析这些现象对大学生思想道德和法律素质的影响并积极提出对策具有重要的意义。

College students are the ideological pioneers and backbone of youth.Their ideological and moral qualities,legal qualities and ideals and beliefs directly affect the development trend of social civilization.Contemporary China is in a critical period of social transformation.In the era of cultural pluralism,social informatization and value orientation diversification,social negative phenomena inevitably have some space.When college students are impacted by negative social phenomena,they often lose the ability to identify independently,therefore,it is of great significance to analyze the impact of these phenomena on college students’ideological,moral and legal qualities and actively put forward countermeasures.
