高校思想政治教育“圈层化”困境的理性审视及路径优化

Rational Examination and Path Optimization of the Dilemma of "Circlerization" of Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities

大学生的网络生活由于信息获取定制化、个人社交圈子化、信息交互层级化而呈现出"圈层化"的实然生态,表现出个体性、封闭性、稳定性、迁移性等特征。"圈层化"使得高校思想政治教育面临学生个体选择能力弱化、高校话语权威式微、意识形态传达中断、错误倾向纠偏失效等现实困境。高校思想政治教育工作要坚持主体间性,持续塑造"圈内人"形象;整合教育平台,融入网络圈层;转变话语方式,再造开放、兼容、综合的新圈层,积极探索破解"圈层化"困境的优化路径。

Because of customization of information acquisition,social circle and hierarchy of information interaction,college students’online life presents the real ecology of'circle-layered',which shows the characteristics of individuality,closeness,stability and migration.'Circlerization'makes ideological and political education in Colleges and universities confronted with such realistic difficulties as the weakening of students’individual choosing ability,the decline of discourse authority,the interruption of ideological communication,and the failure of correcting erroneous tendencies.The ideological and political education in Colleges and universities should adhere to inter-subjectivity,continue to shape the image of'insiders';integrate educational platform into the network circle;change the way of discourse,rebuild an open,compatible and comprehensive new circle,and actively explore the optimal path to solve the plight of'circle optimization'.
