新时代背景下,高校思想政治教育对学生在三观的树立方面起着至关重要的作用。为了能够使教育工作者更好地开展工作,加强教育工作队伍建设极其重要,本文从新时代思想政治队伍建设中存在的问题进行了现状分析、并提出了加强新时代高校思想政治队伍建设基本措施、最后阐述了新时代加强思想政治教育工作队伍建设意义。思想政治工作队伍是教学活动的主导力量,具有价值意义,此文为思政教育工作者提供参考性建议。

Under the background of the new era,ideological and political education in Colleges and universities plays a vital role in the establishment of students’views on life,values and world.In order to enable educators to better carry out their work and strengthen the construction of the education team is extremely important,this paper analyses the current situation of the problems existing in the construction of the ideological and political team in the new era,and puts forward the basic measures to strengthen the construction of the ideological and political team in Colleges and universities in the new era,and finally expounds the significance of strengthening the construction of the ideological and political team in the new era.The ideological and political work force is the leading force in teaching activities,which has value significance.This article provides reference suggestions for ideological and political educators.
