Under the background of economic globalization and financial integration,China’s financial and insurance mixed operation has become the inevitable trend of financial market development at this stage,China’s financial and insurance industry is facing tremendous changes and challenges.Based on the phenomenon of mixed operation of Finance and insurance in China,this paper analyses the problems existing in the development of mixed operation of Finance and insurance in China,and gives specific measures and suggestions to solve the problems.
