摘要
本文探讨了我国房地产私募投资基金的发展现状,分析发现其在发展过程中主要存在投资主体不理想、投资方式较单一、退出渠道受限制、法律法规不完善等问题,并由此提出了我国房地产私募投资基金未来的发展对策,包括:引入机构投资者的同时发挥个人投资者作用;培养专业管理人才,优化投资方式;完善房地产基金退出机制,吸引投资者参与投资;健全法律法规建设,保护投资者权益。
This paper probes into the current situation of the development of China’s real estate private investment funds,and finds that there are some problems in the process of development,such as unsatisfactory investment subjects,single investment mode,restricted exit channels,imperfect laws and regulations,etc.Based on these,the paper puts forward some countermeasures for the future development of China’s real estate private investment funds,including:introducing institutional investors while giving full play to the role of individual investors;training professional management personnel,optimizing investment methods;improving the exit mechanism of real estate funds,attracting investors to participate in investment;improving the construction of laws and regulations,protecting investors’rights and interests.
