摘要
我国的经济已经进入新的历史发展时期,企业要适应新时代发展要求,应对国内外日益多样化的市场环境和激烈的市场竞争,就要有效地进行人力资源管理,特别是我国的国有企业,在人力资源管理上更是面临着严峻的形势和巨大的挑战。在新形势下,国有企业如何有效地应对人力资源管理上的挑战,解决人力资源管理过程遇到的难题,已经成为国有企业在现代企业管理中的重要工作。
China’s economy has entered a new historical period of development.In order to adapt to the requirements of the new era and to cope with the increasingly diversified market environment and fierce market competition at home and abroad,enterprises must effectively carry out human resources management,especially state-owned enterprises in China,which are facing severe situation and huge challenges in human resources management.Under the new situation,how to effectively deal with the challenges of human resources management and solve the problems encountered in the process of human resources management has become an important task of state-owned enterprises in modern enterprise management.
