地方高校创业教育师资队伍建设的困境与出路

Difficulties and Solutions of Teachers' Team Construction in Entrepreneurship Education in Local Colleges and Universities

创业教育师资队伍建设是开展新时代大学生创业教育人才培养的重要工作。针对目前高校创业教育师资队伍数量、结构和发展定位等方面存在的问题,文章梳理了美国创业教育师资队伍建设方面的文献,并结合我国地方高校的特点,针对他们的创业教育状况,提出了自己在创业师资队伍建设的一些对策。

The construction of the teaching staff of entrepreneurship education is an important task for the cultivation of entrepreneurship education talents for college students in the new era.In view of the existing problems in the number,structure and development orientation of the teaching staff of entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities,this paper combs the literature on the construction of the teaching staff of entrepreneurship education in the United States,and combines the characteristics of local colleges and universities in China,according to their status of entrepreneurship education,puts forward some Countermeasures for the construction of the teaching staff of entrepreneurship education.
