生本理念指导下当代教育管理体系的创新策略研究

Research on Innovative Strategies of Contemporary Educational Management System under the Guidance of Student-Oriented Concept

生本教育理论对于教育管理体系的完善和构建具有引导性作用,在我国教育事业日趋走向先进的当下,生本理论逐渐成为我国教育体系的重要内容。然而,我国传统教务管理体系健全度较低,存在问题较多。基于上述问题,我国教育部提出将生本教育理念引用于教育管理体系指示。本文通过阐述生本教育与教务管理体系有机结合的可行性,及相关改革创新策略。

Student-based education theory plays a guiding role in the improvement and construction of education management system,at present,with the development of education in China,student-based education theory has gradually become an important part of China’s education system.However,the traditional educational administration system in our country has a low degree of perfection and many problems.Based on the above problems,the Ministry of Education of China has proposed to apply the concept of student-based education to the instructions of educational management system.This paper elaborates the feasibility of the organic combination of student-based education and administrative management system,and relevant reform and innovation strategies.
