Cultivation of foreign language talents in Colleges and Universities under the initiative of "one belt and one road"

在"一带一路"背景下,社会对外语人才的需求量越来越大。目前,已有的外语人才已经不满足"一带一路"顺利实施的需求,高校加强外语人才的培养迫在眉睫。本文首先分析了"一带一路"背景下高校外语人才培养中存在的问题,然后针对这些问题提出了加强外语人才培养的对策,希望本文的研究能够为高校培养高素质水平的外语人才提供一定的借鉴。

Under the background of'one belt and one road',the demand for foreign language talents is increasing.At present,the existing foreign language talents have not satisfied the needs of the smooth implementation of'one belt and one road',it is imminent to strengthen the training of foreign language talents in Colleges and universities.This paper first analyzes the problems existing in the training of foreign language talents in the context of'one belt and one road',and then puts forward some countermeasures for strengthening the training of foreign language talents in view of these problems.
