Craftsman spirit has a dedicated,rigorous,meticulous attitude to work,meticulous,the pursuit of perfect work accomplishment,unique,innovative spirit.Based on the perspective of craftsman spirit,this paper makes a thorough analysis of the training mechanism of professional talents.Through optimizing teaching mode,strengthening school-enterprise cooperation and attaching importance to double-innovation education,this paper puts forward an effective way to build the training mechanism of talents,aiming at improving the training quality of applied talents with craftsman spirit in an all-round way.
