中职幼师生社会支持特点与学习倦怠的关系

The relationship between social support characteristics and learning burnout of kindergarten teachers and students in Secondary Vocational Schools

摘要 长久以来,社会各方面对中职幼师生的职业发展、升学等方面存在偏见,中职幼师生大多缺乏认同和支持,所以存在一定程度的学习倦怠现象,本文通过对某校中专阶段的406名学前教育专业学生的抽样调查发现:中职幼师生的学习倦怠与社会支持存在显著的负相关,其中主观支持因子对学习倦怠产生具有负向影预测作用。 For a long time,there have been prejudices in Vocational kindergarten teachers and students’career development,promotion and other aspects of society.Most of them lack recognition and support,so there is a certain degree of learning burnout,Through a sample survey of 406 preschool education majors in a secondary school,this paper finds that:there is a significant negative correlation between learning burnout and social support,among which subjective support factors have a negative predictive effect on learning burnout.
