高职在校生创业成败影响因素分析——以扬州工业职业技术学院为例

Analysis on the Influencing Factors of the Success or Failure of Students' Entrepreneurship in Higher Vocational Colleges——Taking Yangzhou Industrial Vocational and Technical College as an example

深化高等学校创新创业教育改革是推动大众创业、万众创新的重要举措。为此,扬州工业职业技术学院通过开办电子商务创业班、建设大学生创业园、设立创业雏鹰基金、与当地政府共建电子商务创意产业园等举措积极开展创新创业实践。但是,就最终效果来看,创业成功者有,失败者也多。本文主要以扬州工业职业技术学院创业学生为研究对象,分析他们创业成功和失败的原因,为以后高职创业教育提供一些发展思路。

Deepening the innovation and entrepreneurship education reform in Colleges and universities is an important measure to promote mass entrepreneurship and innovation.To this end,Yangzhou Industrial Vocational and Technical College actively carries out innovative entrepreneurship practice through such measures as launching e-commerce entrepreneurship classes,building college students’entrepreneurship park,setting up an entrepreneurship hawk fund,and jointly building e-commerce creative industry park with the local government.However,as far as the ultimate effect is concerned,there are many successful entrepreneurs and many failed entrepreneurs.This paper mainly takes the entrepreneurship students of Yangzhou Industrial Vocational and Technical College as the research object,and analyses the reasons for their success and failure in entrepreneurship,so as to provide some development ideas for future higher vocational entrepreneurship education.
