基于4H目标的高职院校导游人才培养改革研究

Research on the Reform of Tour Guide Training in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on 4H Target

随着我国经济的发展,国民生活水平的提高,旅游业呈现出了空前的高涨。但是,随着旅游业快速的发展也暴露出了许多问题,究其原因主要还是我国高职院校导游人才培养中存在一些问题,包括旅游教学目标不明确、课程安排不科学、教学内容与教学方式相对落后等。因此,本文基于这些问题,结合高职院校导游专业教学,提出4H人才培训目标,并具体论述改革建议,以期能有效帮助我国高职院校导游人才培训完成教学改革,促进我国旅游事业健康发展。

With the development of China’s economy and the improvement of people’s living standards,tourism has shown an unprecedented rise.However,with the rapid development of tourism industry,many problems have been exposed.The main reason is that there are some problems in the training of tour guides in Higher Vocational Colleges in China,including unclear tourism teaching objectives,unscientific curriculum arrangement,relatively backward teaching content and teaching methods.Therefore,based on these problems,combined with the teaching of tour guide specialty in Higher Vocational colleges,this paper puts forward the goal of 4 H talent training,and discusses the reform proposals in detail,in order to effectively help the tour guide training in Higher Vocational Colleges to complete the teaching reform and promote the healthy development of tourism in China.
