公办高职院校章程制定实施现状与问题研究

Research on the Current Situation and Problems of Constitution-making and Implementation in Public Higher Vocational Colleges

本文根据高职院校章程制定的实施现状,指出高职院校依法治教意识淡薄、教育章程体制落后、高校财产权不明确的问题。并对当前高校章程制定方面加以分析,提出了树立高职院校依法治教意识、推动高职院校管理体制改革、完善高职院校章程法律制度几点建议,希望可以推动公办高职院校章程制定实施力度。

According to the present situation of constitution formulation in Higher Vocational colleges,this paper points out the problems of weak awareness of governing education according to law,backward constitution system and unclear property rights in Higher Vocational colleges.This paper also makes an analysis of the current constitution formulation of Higher Vocational colleges,and puts forward some suggestions on establishing the awareness of governing education according to law,promoting the reform of the management system of Higher Vocational colleges,and improving the constitution legal system of Higher Vocational colleges,hoping to promote the constitution formulation and implementation of Public Higher Vocational colleges.
