高职院校校企合作激励机制创新研究

Research on Innovation of Incentive Mechanism of School-Enterprise Cooperation in Higher Vocational Colleges

校企合作所指的是利用起高职学院校与相关企业的不同教育资源,通过学校与企业的共同合作来培养应用型技术人才的教学方式。就目前而言,我国的高职院校校企合作方面的许多工作尚不完善,基于此,本文对高职院校校企合作激励机制创新进行分析与研究。

School-enterprise cooperation refers to the teaching mode of training applied technical talents through the cooperation of schools and enterprises,using different educational resources of Higher Vocational Colleges and related enterprises.At present,many aspects of cooperation between colleges and enterprises in Higher Vocational Colleges in China are not perfect.Based on this,this paper analyses and studies the innovation of incentive mechanism of cooperation between colleges and enterprises in Higher Vocational colleges.
