以大庆市城乡一体化区域图书馆服务为例,阐述了当前城乡一体化图书馆服务现状,分析了影响区域图书馆服务现状的各因子,深度剖析每个因子对城乡一体化图书馆服务的影响,才能制定行之有效的政策、法律制度,有的放矢的建立城乡一体化公共区域图书馆服务体系,最终实现城乡文化的全面、协调、可持续发展。

Taking the regional library service of urban-rural integration in Daqing City as an example,this paper expounds the current situation of urban-rural integration library service,analyses the factors influencing the current situation of Regional Library service,and deeply analyses the influence of each factor on the service of urban-rural integration library,only in this way can we formulate effective policies and legal systems,establish a targeted service system of public Regional Libraries in urban and rural integration,and ultimately realize the comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development of urban and rural culture.
