摘要
采用了车辆 -轨道耦合动力学模型进行焊接接头轮轨动力计算 ,建立了钢轨外形尺寸模型 .结合线路实际条件 ,以此作为参数 ,建立了钢轨焊接接头有限元模型 ,并进行了有限元分析 ,得到了焊接接头弯曲应力分布和钢轨变形情况 .得出的结论是钢轨焊接接头在轨腰和轨底连接处是应力集中的区域 .
This paper used the vehicle-track coupling dynamic model to calculate the rail-wheel dynamic response,established a rail profile model,and built a FEM model of the rail welding joint under the real track condition.Analyses were made with this model.The stress distribution in the welding joint and the rail deformation trend were displayed.It was concluded that the stress concentration occurred at the connection of rail web and rail flange.The results checked with those from Japan Shinkanshen CWR welding joint.
