摘要 在 6 -甲基尿嘧啶合成过程中 ,加入适当的有机溶剂 ,使其与反应过程中产生的水形成共沸物 ,然后将其快速移出反应体系 ,可使反应时间缩短 ,加速反应进程 .为此通过在不同酸作催化剂的条件下 ,比较不同溶剂的分水效果 ,从中找出反应时间短。 In the synthesis of 6-methyluracil,by adding some organic solvent,water from the reaction is removed quickly by azeotropic distillation.In this paper we compare water-segregated effect in different solvents with different catalysts (such as Benzene sulfonic acid and Chlorohydric acid) and find out the best experimental condition.This way can make the time of reaction shortened and get high effective products.
