摘要
摩擦片的温度变化对主离合器的性能影响很大。在研究工程机械主离合器工作特点的基础上 ,分析了主离合器工作时的热传导过程 ,给出了热传导数学模型和温升表达式 ,并用数值解法求解 ,得出摩擦片的温度变化规律。通过应用证明 ,该计算方法计算结果较为准确 。
The variations of plate temperature affects the performance of main clutch. Based on the research of work characteristics of engineering machine main clutch, this paper analyses the heat transmitting process, presents its mathematical model, and its exotherm expression, and obtains its results and temperature varing laws throught numerical solution. It is proved through application that this computering method is precise, and has some significance to improve the performance of main clutch.
