计算机人才培养的评估体系研究——档案袋评定法

The Research of the Evaluation System of Computer Talents --the Portfolio Assessment Method

结合计算机人才培养问题 ,介绍了计算机学科的档案袋评定法的研究与实践的经验 .档案袋评定是为了更有效地提高培养计算机人才的素质 ,使之能适应社会发展的需要 ,满足学生发展的需求 ,从而促进学生的发展 .指出对计算机学科学生的评价应改变过去那种单一以笔试考试形式为主的学业成绩评定方式 ,应改变成绩等同于成功的观念 ,新的评价标准必须与计算机人才素质培养的目标相一致 .

This paper, which combines the problem of cultivating computer talents, introduces the experiences of the research and the practices of the method of the Portfolio Assessment. This method is used to more effectively cultivate the ability of the computer talents in order to satisfy the requirement of the development of the society and the students and thus promote the development of the students. This paper also points out that the past evaluation method, which evaluates the students' study grade just by their exams, should be changed and the idea that exam grades equal success should also be changed. A new evaluating standard should be in accordance with the target of cultivating the computer talents.
