论以辨病为前提之《金匮要略》病证结合模式

Mode of Combination between Disease Differentiation and Syndrome Differentiation Based on Disease Differentiation Described in Synopsis of Prescriptions from the Golden Chamber

重点阐述了《金匮要略》病证结合模式在理法方药诸方面的表现与特点 :病种设立以特有的病理变化为分化原则 ;类别设置以病为划分标准 ;治疗法则确立以病为化生基础 ;以证为前提的效不更方原则、方由法出原则、据证用药原则 ,及与之相对应的以病为前提的阶段性治疗原则、一法多方原则、药因病别原则的结合共存 ;及预后转归立足于以病为判断前提等。

This paper deals mainly with the manifestations and features of the mode of combination between disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation described in Synopsis of Prescriptions from the Golden Chamber, which are summarized as follows. The establishment of a disease is based on its distinctive pathological changes; the establishment of a disease category is based on the features of a disease; the establishment of the therapeutic methods is based on the metaplastic changes of a disease; the combination and coexistence of the principle of not changing prescriptions with good satisfactory therapeutic effect, the principle of making prescriptions based on the therapeutic methods and the principles of using drugs based on the syndromes which are based on syndrome as well as the principle of staged treatment, the principle of multiple prescriptions with one method and the principle of using different drugs for different diseases which are based on disease; and the establishment of the prognosis is based on the condition of the diseases as the prerequisite for judgment.
