本文第一部分简介高速公路监控系统的硬件及软件功能;第二部分结合广佛高速公路实践,阐述监控系统实施方案的制订,对轻交通量情况下交通异常自动检测的方法进行了探讨,提出了单截面检测算法,并给出在“七五”攻关“高速公路监控系统”中的实际验证结果.

This paper introduces both hardware and software of a freeway surveillance and control system in terms of their functions, together with application of thesy stem for Guangzhou-Foshan freeway.Discussions are made of the automatic detecting of traffic incident under light traffic by means of a single cross section evaluation method with its application to the Guanzhou-Foshan freeway and verification results given.
