快速诊断伤寒、副伤寒、斑疹伤寒的血清学凝集法

A fast way of diagnosing typhoid, paratyphoid and typhus with serology agglutinating method

目的 探讨一种诊断伤寒、副伤寒、斑疹伤寒的快速血清学凝集法。方法 用患者血清与染色的菌液进行血清学凝集试验,检测血清中的特异性抗体和特异性抗体的效价,诊断伤寒、副伤寒、斑疹伤寒,同时采用肥达氏,外-裴氏试验作对比试验。结果此法与对比试验判定结果一致。结论此法简便,快速,结果易于观察,对伤寒、副伤寒、斑疹伤寒具有一定的辅助诊断价值。

[ Objective ] To investigate a fast way of diagnosing typhoid, paratyphoid and typhus with serology agglutinating method. [Methods] Mix patient's serum and dyed bacteria liquid together and take the serology-agglutinating test; analyze the specialized antibody and its titer in the serum to diagnose the typhoid, paratyphoid and typhus. At the meantime, take the Widal and Weil-folix tests as contrast tests. [Results] This method has the same result with the contrast test. [Conclusion] This method is easy and quick to apply and observe. It has subsidiary value in diagnosing typhoid, paratyphoid and typhus.
