复方丹参注射液在慢性肾功能不全患者中的应用

Effects of Compound Dansen Injection in patients with chronic renal failure

目的 研究复方丹参注射液在治疗慢性肾功能不全中的作用。方法 应用复方丹参注射液治疗慢性肾功能不全患者41例,观察治疗前后血浆内皮素(ET)、D一二聚体水平(DDi)及血肌酐(SCR)、尿素氮(BUN)值改变,并与35例健康对照组相比较。结果治疗组患者血浆内皮素水平及D一二聚体水平明显高于健康对照组(P<0.01),经复方丹参注射液治疗后,内皮素水平,D一二聚体及血肌肝、尿素氮均有明显下降,与治疗前相比,差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论 复方丹参注射液能够降低慢性肾功能不全患者血浆内皮素及D一二聚体水平,改善肾功能。

[Objective] To investigate the effects of Compound Dansen Injection in patients with chronic renal failure (CRD) . [Methods] To set up the control group that has 35 cases of healthy adults and treatment group that has 41 patients with CRF. The levels of plasma endothelin (et) , D-Dimer (DDI) , BUN and SCR were determined before and after treatment with Compound Dansen Injection. [Results] The results showed that the levels of ET-1 and DDi in patients with CRF were significantly higher than those in the control group ( P < 0.01) . After treatment with Compound Dansen Injection, the levels of ET - 1, DDi, BUN and SCR in patients with CRF decreased. Significant difference was found compared with pretreatment ( P < 0.01) . [Conclusion] Compound Danshen Injection can reduce the level of ET and DDi in patients with CRF, and improved their renal function better.
