摘要
目的 评价新式剖宫产术式的优点。方法分析226例新式剖宫产术中、术后情况,并与同期子宫下段剖宫产比较,观察手术时间、出血量、术后进食及排气时间等。结果 新式剖宫产较子宫下段剖宫产手术时间平均缩短13.8 min(P<0.01),出血量平均减少47 ml(P<0.05),术后进食平均早12.1 h(P<0.01),术后排气平均早15.6 h(P<0.01)。结论 新式剖宫产手术时间短,出血少,排气快,术后病率低,可以在临床推广使用。
[Objective] To evaluate the prominent merits of new mode cesarean section (CS). [Methods] The duration of operation, bleeding volume, food-taking and wind-breaking after operation were analyzed in 226 cases of new mode cesarean section, and compared with those in uterine lower segmental CS. [Results] Compared with the uterine lower segmental CS, the new mode has the following merits: the duration of operation is 13.8 minutes shorter, bleeding volume is 47 ml less in average, food-taking after operation is earlier (P<0.0l) and wind-breaking isl5.6 hrs earlier. [Conclusion] The new mode CS is better with the shorter operative period, less bleeding, earlier wind breaking, better healing of the incision and lower incidence of postoperative morbidity. It can be widely spread clinically.
