摘要
目的 探讨宫颈癌 bcl- 2和 p5 3基因表达的改变与其临床意义。方法 对 2 4例宫颈癌组织及对照组宫颈组织采用半定量反转录聚合酶链反应 (RT- PCR)法检测 bcl- 2和 p5 3基因蛋白的表达 ,结合临床资料分析基因改变的临床意义。结果 宫颈癌中 bcl- 2基因蛋白表达高于对照组 ,p5 3基因蛋白表达低于对照组 ,其中二者均为 期高于 期 , 期均低于 期和 期 ,P<0 .0 1。结论 bcl- 2和 p5 3基因的表达在宫颈癌的发生发展中起重要作用 ,在宫颈癌早期 ,bcl- 2主要抑制细胞凋亡 ,而 p5
Objective To explore the changes of bcl 2 and p53 expression in the tissue of cervical carcinoma and its significance.Methods Applying semi quantitative technique of reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT PCR),expression of bcl 2 and p53 was detected in the tissues of 24 cases cervical carcinoma and those of the normal control group.The results were analyzed combined the clinical materials.Results Gene expression of bcl 2 in carcinoma group was higher than that in the control group,that of p53 was lower than that in the control group.Among the carcinoma group,expression in the Ⅰ stage was higher than that in the Ⅱ stage,the Ⅰ and Ⅱ stages higher than the Ⅲ stage (P<0.01).Conclusion Expression of bcl 2 and p53 plays an important role in occurrence and development of cervical carcinoma.In the early period,bcl 2 inhibits cell apoptosis,but p53 promotes it.
