在近代中国民族资本主义发展史上,产生了大量由香港、内地及华侨商人合作创建的别具一格的联号企业,这是跨不同性质区域的企业横向联合体,主要有并列、分支和复合三种类型,其发展反映了海内外华人资本血脉与共、休戚相关的紧密联系。联号企业既沟通了中外经济交往,又融合了海内外华资的力量,成为民族资本的一种特殊形态。亦是中国近代企业史不可或缺的重要组成部分。

A large number of unique associated enterprises were set up jointly by the Hong Kong,mainland and overseas businessmen during the modern Chinese national bourgeoisie development.Crossing various system performed areas,this associated enterprise mainly in"coordinate","branches"and"combination"three types,reflects the tight capital relation between that of domestic Chinese and overseas Chinese.Not only enhancing the economic communication,but syncretizing the overseas capital at home and abroad,it is a special performance of national capital and a necessary composition in China Modern enterprises history.
