摘要
热电联产是指发电厂同时生产电、热能的工艺过程,较之分别生产电、热能方式更加节约燃料,是一种高效、清洁、节约能源利用的技术,能产生良好的经济效益和社会效益。由于供热负荷形成受时间差异,地域条件的限制,会设置区域锅炉房供热,满足暂时的生活需求。但是随着社会的发展,大型热电联产机组的投产,区域供热锅炉房必然优先转变为区域供热调峰锅炉房。这种先后关系的差异,极有可能导致多热源联合供热出现不科学,不合理的设计搭配,造成经济效益不能最大化,影响企业经济效益,社会效益,产生能源浪费。本实例就是通过研究呼伦贝尔某供热集团多热源供热联合供热现状,提出改造方案,优化运行的建议,在一定程度上优化热网的水力工况,提升企业效益。
Cogeneration of heat and power refers to the process of simultaneous production of electricity and heat energy in power plants. Compared with the way of producing electricity and heat energy separately, cogeneration of heat and power can save fuel. It is an efficient, clean and energy-saving process, which can produce good economic and social benefits. Because of the difference of heating load formation time and the limitation of regional conditions, regional boiler room heating will be set up to meet the temporary living needs. However, with the development of society and the commissioning of large-scale cogeneration units, the regional heating boiler room will inevitably be transformed into the regional heating peak-shaving boiler room in priority. This difference in succession relationship is likely to lead to unscientific and unreasonable design and matching of multi-heat source combined heating, resulting in the failure to maximize economic benefits, affecting the economic and social benefits of enterprises, and generating energy waste. This example is to study the current situation of multi-heat source combined heating in a heating group in Hulunbuir, put forward the reform plan, optimize the operation of the proposal, to a certain extent, optimize the hydraulic conditions of the heating network, improve the efficiency of the enterprise.
